My laptop would not boot up. I rang Matt on a Sunday evening and he visited the following day. He was unable to fix the fault immediately and took the laptop away for a thorough check. Matt advised a new motherboard was required and went out of his way to obtain it - checking suppliers for the best price. He spent time chasing up the part (which came from Japan via America).
