We have qualified Microsoft Certified System Engineers on hand to call out to your home and fix any pc problems you may be experiencing.

There are many reasons why people prefer home visits, it maybe your working hours are 9am to 5pm and you need someone there after 6pm, or you dont have transport? either way we are always on call to visit you at home and carry out repairs.

We work around the clock 7 days 24 hours if needed.

A few of the most common call outs are:

"I've just purchased a new computer and i cant set it up"

"I have a virus on my machine can you help"

"I've just purchased wireless but cant set it up"

These sorts of things are common place and quite easy to sort in the home. A basic charge for this service would be £45.00 GBP.

We dont charge VAT. So the price we say is the price you pay.

We have a policy "No Fix No Fee" we simply ask that you cover the cost of fuel usualy £10, but in most case's our engineers can and will fix your machine.

We tend to carry out same day fixes where possible, but sometimes there's simply not enough time in the day, so we may ask to take your machine away for repairs, but not to worry the price is still the same.
